Kansas City, MO – October 28, 2024 – Amber Lotus Publishing, a calendar imprint of Andrews McMeel Publishing, will expand into books in 2025 announced Kirsty Melville, CEO and Publisher of Andrews McMeel. Amber Lotus books will showcase the sacred aspects of everyday life––spirituality, healthy living, creativity, and connection with the natural world.

“The imprint will take an expansive view of the ‘self-care’ and ‘body, mind, and spirit’ categories, focusing on material that is more thought-provoking than it is prescriptive,” said Melville. “In keeping with the legacy of Amber Lotus, our goal is to produce books that are beautiful objects as well as wise companions.”

Four titles will release in the fall of 2025, including: Ancestral Magic by Frankie Castanea, Worry Medicine by Nina Montenegro, Jessica Roux’s Tarot of the Woodland Wardens deck, and The Dream Atlas by Fiona Cook, illustrated by Kathleen Neeley. Printed on FSC®-certified paper using soy-based inks, all Amber Lotus titles will maintain the brand’s commitment to environmental sustainability and conservation efforts.
